Total Voting Rights  

In accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the total number of Ordinary Shares of 25p in the Company in issue as at 31 October 2017 is 69,179,225 (excluding treasury shares) with each Ordinary Share holding one voting right.  As at 31 October 2017, there are 2,447,950 Ordinary Shares held in treasury.

The figure of 69,179,225 may be used by Shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in voting rights, or a change to their interest in the Company, under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
