Total Voting Rights  

In accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure, Guidance and Transparency Rules, the total number of Ordinary Shares of 25p in the Company in issue as at 31 August 2018 is 73,297,475 (excluding treasury shares) with each Ordinary Share holding one voting right.  As at 31 August 2018, there are 2,988,105 Ordinary Shares held in treasury.

The figure of 73,297,475 Ordinary Shares may be used by Shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in voting rights, or a change to their interest in the Company, under the Disclosure, Guidance and Transparency Rules.
