PURCHASE OF OWN ORDINARY SHARES

On 15 November 2022 the Company purchased 19,358 Ordinary Shares at a price of 471.7298

 pence per share. These shares will be held in treasury.

Following the transaction, the Company's issued ordinary share capital comprises:

92,236,523 Issued Ordinary shares (excluding treasury shares)

11,927,899 Ordinary shares held in treasury
