PURCHASE OF OWN ORDINARY SHARES

On 16 November 2022 the Company purchased 9,742 Ordinary Shares at a price of 467.2427

 pence per share. These shares will be held in treasury.

Following the transaction, the Company's issued ordinary share capital comprises:

92,226,781 Issued Ordinary shares (excluding treasury shares)

11,937,641 Ordinary shares held in treasury

104,164,422 Issued Ordinary shares (including treasury shares)
