accesso Technology Group plc (AIM: ACSO) the premier technology solutions provider to leisure, entertainment and cultural markets announces that, pursuant to AIM Rule 20, its Annual Report and Accounts for the financial period ended 31 December 2014 ("Annual Report") and Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") have been posted to shareholders.
The Annual Report and Notice of AGM are available to view on the Company's website - www.accesso.com - as dispatched to shareholders of the Group.
The AGM of the Group will be held at Unit 2, The Pavilions, Ruscombe Park, Twyford, Berkshire, RG10 9NN on Tuesday 19 May 2015 at 10.30 a.m.
