accesso Technology Group plc (AIM: ACSO), the premier technology solutions provider to leisure, entertainment and cultural markets, announces that pursuant to AIM Rule 20, its Annual Report and Accounts for the financial period ended 31 December 2016 ("Annual Report") and Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") have been posted to shareholders.

The AGM of the Company will be held at Unit 5, The Pavilions, Ruscombe Park, Twyford, Berkshire, RG10 9NN on Tuesday 23 May 2017 at 10.00 a.m.
