Director's Dealing - Purchase into SIPP

Lo-Q has been notified that Jeffrey McManus, Chairman, today sold 100,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ('Shares') at 20 p per Share, and on the same day Mr McManus' SIPP and the SIPP of his wife each purchased 50,000 Shares at 20 p per Share.

Following these transactions Mr McManus' interest in the Company remains unchanged at 953,414 Shares, representing approximately 6.2% of the Company's issued ordinary shares.
