PDMR Dealing Notification 

accesso Technology Group plc (AIM: ACSO), the premier technology solutions provider to leisure, entertainment hospitality, attractions and cultural markets, was notified on 29 March 2019 that Karen Slatford, Senior Independent Director of the Company, purchased 11,835 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), at a price of 845 pence per Ordinary Share on 29 March 2019.

Accesso was also notified on 1 April 2019, that Bill Russell, Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, purchased a total of 10,000 Ordinary Shares at an average price of 862.5 pence per Ordinary Share on 29 March 2019 and 1 April 2019.

Following the above transactions, Ms Slatford holds an interest of 11,835 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.04 per cent. of the total issued share capital of accesso and Mr Russell holds an interest of 10,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.04 per cent. of the total issued share capital of accesso.
