The Company announces that it has been notified that today Paul Cassar, Director, sold 52,174 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Shares") at 115p each per Share and on the same day Mr Cassar's SIPP provider purchased 52,174 Shares at 115p each per Share.

Mr Cassar's total beneficial interest in the Company remains unchanged at 137,143 Shares.
