The Board of Lo-Q plc ('Lo-Q' or 'the Company') is pleased to announce the
appointment of Mr Nick Gordon (41) as the Company's finance director, effective
from today. Following this appointment Mr John Lillywhite, the Company's current
finance director will assume the role as non-executive deputy chairman.

Mr Alan Nicholas Chesterfield Gordon currently has no other directorships.
