Exercise of options

The Company announces that it has issued 128,650 new ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company pursuant to the exercise of options by employees. Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for these shares to be admitted to trading on AIM, which is expected to take place on 18 September 2009. 

Following admission, the Company will have 15,794,751 voting ordinary shares in issue.
