Change of Director

Lo-Q announces that Nick Gordon, Finance Director, has notified the Company of
his intention to leave so that he is free to pursue other business
opportunities.  Nick Gordon joined in July 2002 and has been a key part of the
business throughout his tenure.

Nick Gordon will leave after seeing the company through to the end of the
current season and after handing over his responsibilities, at which time the
company expects to announce the appointment of a new Finance Director. A further
announcement will be made when appropriate.

The Board would like to thank Nick Gordon for his significant contribution over
the past year and wishes him well for the future.
