Lo-Q notes the recent rise in its share price and is not aware of any reason for
it.  As announced on 27 September 2002 the Company continues to progress
discussions with Six Flags Inc and other parties in relation to leasing the park
installations.  The leasing of the park installations is critical to the ongoing
viability of the business.  These discussions are continuing and a further
announcement will be made in due course.
