                              Exercise of options



Pursuant to the exercise of options, the Company has made application to the
London Stock Exchange for 47,920 new ordinary shares of €0.01 each in the
Company to be admitted to trading on AIM ('Admission'). It is expected that
Admission will become effective on 1st August 2007.
