        Accsys Technologies plc ('Accsys Technologies' or 'the Company')



                               Directors Options





The Company announces that on 15 May 2007 the following directors of Accsys
Technologies were granted options over a total of 1,250,000 ordinary shares of
€0.01 at a price of €3.84 per share (the 'Options') being the market value of an
ordinary share on the date of grant each as detailed below.



Subject to certain performance criteria being met, the Options will vest with
each option holder in three separate and equal instalments per annum as follows:
