Board Changes
Ace Liberty and Stone Plc (AQSE: ALSP), the active property investment company, capitalising on commercial property investment opportunities across the UK, is pleased to announce the appointment of Eric Michael Gummers to the Board of the company on 28 May 2024.
Eric Michael Gummers is a former partner at Howard Kennedy LLP and will join the Board as Senior Independent Director. Eric Michael Gummers will also join the audit and remuneration committees in place of Ivan Minter. Keith Pankhurst, previously Senior Independent Director, will remain on the Board as a Non-Executive Director.
