Ace Liberty and Stone Plc (AQSE: ALSP), the active property investment company, capitalising on commercial property investment opportunities across the UK, announces that, Dr. Antonios Ghorayeb, Chairman, transferred 300,000 Ace Ordinary Shares to his daughter. Accordingly, Mr Ghorayeb now has 396,695 Ace Ordinary Shares, representing 0.55% of the Company's voting rights. The Company's total shares in issue remains at 71,672,736.
