Directors' Dealings

Accuma announces that Charles Howson, Chief Executive of the Group, and Samantha
Poole, Finance Director of the Group,  have each purchased 19,000 ordinary
shares in the company today at a price of 253 pence per share.

Charles Howson now holds 6,919,000 ordinary shares in the Group representing
21.16 per cent. of Accuma's issued share  capital.

Samantha Poole now holds 44,795 ordinary shares in the Group representing 0.14
per cent. of Accuma's issued share  capital.
