Samantha Poole, Accuma Finance Director, has agreed to subscribe for 11,247
shares in the Placing which was announced yesterday, at a price of £2.70.


Samantha Poole's holding will, following the admission of the Placing Shares
which is expected on 22 August 2006, be 25,795 ordinary shares representing 0.08
per cent. of the Company's then issued share capital.
