The Company is pleased to announce that the resolution relating to the disposal of its wholly-owned subsidiaries, Wilson Phillips Limited and Accuma Insolvency Practitioners Limited, (the 'Disposals') was duly passed at the general meeting held at 10.00am today.

The Company will make a further announcement when the remaining conditions relating to the Disposals have been satisfied.
