Director purchase of shares

The Company announces that today, Mr David Warr, a director of the Company, has made a market purchase of 33,000 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company at a price of £2.98 per share on the main market of the London Stock Exchange.

Following his purchase of 33,000 Ordinary Shares, Mr Warr, is interested in 33,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.21% of the Company's Ordinary Shares in issue as at today's date.
