ACORN INCOME FUND LIMITED

DIVIDEND DECLARATION

The directors of Acorn Income Fund Limited (the "Company") have declared a first interim dividend of 1.75 pence per Ordinary Share (2010: 1.5 pence) for the year ending 31 December 2011.

The directors considered the revenue projection for the current year and agreed that the increased interim dividend amount of 1.75 pence per Ordinary Share can be sustained throughout the year although they will monitor future interim dividends on a regular basis.

The Board will keep the level of future interim dividends under review.
