ACORN INCOME FUND LIMITED

DIVIDEND DECLARATION

The Directors of Acorn Income Fund Limited (the "Company") have declared a second interim dividend of 2 pence per Ordinary Share for the year ending 31 December 2013.

The above dividend has been declared intra-quarter in light of the expected timetable for the potential issue of new Ordinary Shares announced in principle on 24 April 2013. The Directors anticipate declaring a third interim dividend of 1 pence per Ordinary Share, with record and payment dates in June 2013, and thereafter to resume quarterly payments of dividends.
