ACORN INCOME FUND LIMITED

DIVIDEND DECLARATION

The Directors of Acorn Income Fund Limited (the "Company") have declared a third interim dividend of 1.00 pence per Ordinary Share for the year ending 31 December 2013.

The above dividend has been declared in conjunction with the second interim dividend of 2.00 pence per Ordinary Share declared on 2 May 2013.  

Accordingly the second interim dividend and third interim dividend both have a Pay Date of 28 June 2013.

After the payment of this dividend the directors expect to resume the normal dividend timetable for 2013 with further interims in September and December.
