The Directors of Acorn Income Fund Limited (the "Company") have declared a first interim dividend of 3.25 pence per Ordinary Share for the year ending 31 December 2015, which represents an increase of 8.3% compared to the corresponding dividend of 3.0 pence for the year ended 31 December 2014.
