RESULTS OF THE CLASS MEETING AND GENERAL MEETING

RESULT OF CLASS MEETING

In accordance with the AIC Code of Corporate Governance the Company advises that for the ordinary resolution put to members at the class meeting held on 20 August 2014 valid proxy appointments were made in respect of 8,046,960 voting shares and voting was as follows:

IT WAS RESOLVED that the holders of ZDP shares consented to the passing of resolution 4 as set out in the notice of General Meeting held on 20 August 2014.

(8,052,165 in favour, none against and none withheld).

RESULTS OF GENERAL MEETING

Due to lack of quorum, the Company's general meeting was adjourned to 3 September 2014 in accordance with the notice of meeting.
