Appointment of CEO and Retirement of Non Executive Director

Cinpart is pleased to announce the appointment of Kevin Francis Baker to the
newly created position of Chief Executive Officer ('CEO') with immediate effect.
This follows his recent appointment to be board of Cinpart in June 2007.

Following a review of the organization and structure of the senior management
team at Cinpart, the Board determined that in order to continue the development
of the current operation it was appropriate to make this appointment..

Kevin joined the subsidiary of Cinpart being Derlite Co Ltd in 2005 where he was
appointed as operations director before subsequently joining the board of
Cinpart as executive director in June 2007. He has managed the reorganisation of
the group and the associated changes in its operation. His skills and experience
 are now to be applied to the development of the Company.

Kevin Baker, the new CEO commented:

'Now that the company has established a sound base, I am looking forward with
eager anticipation to the further development of Cinpart.' The Board welcomes
Kevin to this new role.

All disclosures in relation to Kevin Francis Baker, aged 56, for the purposes of
Schedule 2(g) of the AIM rules for Companies were disclosed upon his appointment
to the board of Cinpart in June 2007. There is no further information to be
updated for the purposes of Schedule 2(g) of the AIM rules for Companies.

The Company also announces the retirement of Dr Lee Sharples as a Director. Dr
Lee Sharples is one of the original directors of the Company and has made a
significant contribution over many years. The Board extends to Dr Sharples its
sincere thanks and wishes him well in his retirement.
