Appointment of Director

The Company is happy to announce the appointment of Oles Kopets to the board of their Ukranian subsidiary, Active Energy Ukraine, with immediate effect.

Oles is an Ukrainian national and an experienced business professional who was educated at one of Ukraine's premier universities before going on to complete a further degree at Harvard in the USA. Oles has spent the majority of his professional career working in Ukraine for OSK Capital and Essence Capital with a focus on mergers and acquisitions.

The skills and experiences he has gained from these roles will make him a great asset to Active Energy as we look to further develop the business. Oles will be based in the offices of Active Energy Ukraine in Kiev.

Commenting on the appointment Active Energy Chairman Gavin Little said:
