EGM Statement & Director's Shareholding
Following the EGM today all resolutions have been passed unanimously. The
acquisition of Gasignition has been completed along with a placing of £900,000.
The conversion of loan stock and debt has also been completed.
Following the above transactions the new increased directors shareholdings are
as follows:
Philip Palmer 9.24%
Leon Sharples 8%
Christopher Foster 7.2%
Following the passing of the resolutions the Company will have 34,291,876 new
ordinary shares in issue which will commence trading on 2nd July.
