                                   Suspension

The Company announces that the Group's interim figures for the six months to 30
June 2007 will be announced on 27 September 2007.

The Company expects to announce the appointment of a new NOMAD and broker on
that date. Seymour Pierce has ceased to be the Company's NOMAD and broker and
until the new appointment is made trading in the Company's shares will be
temporarily suspended.
