Issue of Options

The Company announces that it has granted the following share options (the "Options") to Gavin Little (Chairman), Philip Palmer (Chief Executive Officer) and Christopher Foster (Executive Director) (together, the "Directors");

The Options have been issued with an exercise price of 7.5 pence. The Options vest immediately and are exercisable until 21 December 2018.

Following the issue of the Options, the Directors will hold the following share options;
