Active Energy, the London quoted international biomass based renewable energy business announces that the Group's Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2019 (the "Annual Report") has been posted to shareholders. The Annual Report is also available to download via Active Energy's website via https://www.aegplc.com/investors/corporate-documents/

Active Energy will announce details of its Annual General Meeting in due course.
