The Company was informed on 29 October 2004 that on 16 October 2004 Prof.
Richard Price purchased 900,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of
0.2p per share and now holds 13,000,000 ordinary shares representing
approximately 6.81% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.

Please note that Prof. Richard Price is not a director of the Company.
