Exercise of Warrants
Active Energy Group Plc (AIM: AEG.L), the London Stock Exchange AIM-listed international supplier of industrial wood chip for MDF manufacturing and Biomass for Energy (BFE) power generation, second-generation Biomass for Energy (BFE) fuel solutions and systems, and global forestry and natural resources development services, announces that it has received notice of the exercise of warrants to subscribe for a total of 88,000 new ordinary shares in the Company (the "New Ordinary Shares").
Application has been made for these New Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and it is anticipated that trading in such shares will commence on or around 15 June 2015.
Following admission of the New Ordinary Shares, the Company's enlarged issued share capital will comprise 621,563,570 Ordinary Shares with voting rights. The Company holds 62,500,000 Ordinary Shares in Treasury and the figure of 559,063,570 Ordinary Shares may therefore be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
