Appointment of Non-Executive Director

Actual Experience plc (AIM: ACT), the analytics-as-a-service company, is pleased to announce that Paul Spence has been appointed to the position of Non- Executive Director, with effect from 1 February 2016.  Paul will also be a member of the Company's Audit and Nominations Committees.

Paul David Spence, 57, spent much of his career with Capgemini and its predecessor companies, during which time his roles included deputy group CEO and CEO of Capgemini Global Outsourcing Services. He has extensive experience of the outsourcing industry in both the public and private sectors, as well as broad international experience, in particular in the US and Asian markets. Paul is a graduate of the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and is currently a Non-Executive Director of G4S.

As well as further strengthening Board governance, Paul will be working with the Board to enhance the Group's profile and increase growth opportunities, particularly in the Company's strategically important US market.

Issue of Options

As part of the Company's policy of incentivising its key management, the Board has resolved to grant options over 70,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company ('Ordinary Shares') to Paul upon his appointment (the 'Options'). The Options will vest in equal annual installments upon the first three anniversaries of the appointment, the first tranche vesting on 1 February 2017, and expire three years from the date of vesting. The exercise price of the Options will be the prevailing mid-market price on the date of grant. Paul is not currently holding any other Ordinary Shares in the capital of the Company.

Paul is a director of G4S PLC and does not have any previous directorships or partnerships within the previous five years. There is no further information required to be disclosed under paragraph (g) of Schedule 2 of the AIM Rules.
