                            Director's Shareholding

The Company announces that David Brock and Lindsay Page yesterday respectively
bought 733,333 and 200,000 ordinary shares in the Company at 4.5p per share. As
a result, Mr Brock is interested in 1,733,333 ordinary shares, representing 2.6
per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company, and Mr Page is interested
in 266,667 ordinary shares representing 0.4 per cent. of the issued share
capital of the Company.
