Result of AGM
Actual Experience plc (AIM: ACT), the analytics-as-a-service company, announces that at the Company's annual general meeting (the "AGM"), held earlier today, all resolutions were duly passed. Outcomes of the votes at the annual general meeting are set out below and will be available on the Company's website at www.actual-experience.com shortly.
Resolutions 5 and 7, which proposed the re-election of Robin Young and Paul Spence, both being non-executive directors of the Company who resigned from the board prior to the AGM, were withdrawn at the AGM.
