Results of General Meeting
Actual Experience plc (AIM: ACT), the analytics-as-a-service company, is pleased to announce that at its general meeting held today all resolutions proposed in connection with the Placing, as announced on 28 February 2017, were duly passed.
Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the admission of 7,100,000 New Ordinary Shares to trading on AIM ("Admission") and dealings are expected to commence on 21 March 2017. Following Admission, the Company will have a total of 44,627,588 Ordinary Shares of 0.2p each in issue. This figure may be used by Shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company.
