Dawnay, Day Carpathian PLC ('DDC' or the 'Company')
Additional Listing
Application has been made for 1,563,153 new ordinary shares of 1p each (the 'New
Ordinary Shares') to be admitted to trading on the AIM market of the London
Stock Exchange.
The shares have been issued as partial consideration for the Company's
acquisition of a 90% interest in the Varyada Shopping Centre located in Karlovy
Vary in the Czech Republic.
The New Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with existing ordinary shares and
it is expected that admission will become effective at 8.00 a.m. on 18 November
2005.
