MILIPITAS, California, 13 June 2005: Application has been made to the London
Stock Exchange for a block admission for 4,235,000 ordinary shares of NIS 0.01
each to be admitted to trading on the Alternative Investment Market upon their
issuance. The shares will rank pari passu with the existing issued ordinary
shares of Adamind Ltd. The block admission consists of ordinary shares to be
issued upon the exercise of options granted pursuant to the Adamind Ltd Employee
Share Option Plan.
