9 May 2006, Palo Alto: Further to the announcement of 3 April 2006, informing
the sale of Emblaze's entire shareholding, the Company announces Itai Ben-Dor,
representative of Emblaze is to step down from its Board with immediate effect.

The Company is actively seeking to appoint another independent non-executive
Director to its Board and will provide a further update in due course.
