NOTICE OF RESULTS
The Board of DawMed, the AIM listed medical device company which designs,
manufactures, sells and services healthcare decontamination equipment and
associated consumables used by NHS Trust hospitals, private hospitals, clinics
and Primary Care practitioners, is pleased to announce the Group's award of a
major contract for the East Kent Hospitals NHS Trust.
The contract is one of the largest contracts that DawMed International Limited,
the Company's operating subsidiary, has ever undertaken and covers four
hospitals over a wide area of East Kent, namely, Canterbury, Margate, Ashford
and Folkestone. The whole project is underway and is anticipated to be completed
by the end of April 2008.
The decontamination equipment to be supplied under the contract comprises
14 Wassenburg washer-disinfectors and 12 Wassenburg Dry 300 drying and storage
cabinets, all of which enjoy full tracking and traceability systems, together
with water purification equipment.
This significant contract is a complete 'turnkey' project comprising the supply,
installation, testing and validation of all of the decontamination equipment
referred to above, combined with the total responsibility for carrying out all
of the enabling building works and services in four hospitals
On site operator training is provided to the Trust and all staff will be
properly trained, assessed for competence and be required to pass a certificated
rating before operating the equipment.
The whole project is masterminded by DawMed International's project management
team, in partnership with the Trust's Estates Department. The Trust needs only
one number and one contact for all liaison with DawMed International to ensure
the required outcome of fully compliant decontamination equipment in the various
departments of the four hospitals.
Notice of Results - as previously announced on 30 November 2007, the Preliminary
Results for the year ended 30 September 2007 will be published on 20 March 2008

International Limited in partnership with the Trust's Estates Department.'
