                             Director Shareholding


The Company has been notified on 9th October 2007 that William Allen
Hamilton-Turner, Non-Executive Director of DDC, has acquired 10,000 ordinary
shares in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of £1 per share on 9th
October 2007.

Following this acquisition, William Allen Hamilton-Turner is interested in
10,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.004% of the issued share
capital of the Company being 229,363,349.
