                             Director Shareholding


The Company has been notified today that on 17 July 2007 Patrick Rupert
Cottrell, Non-Executive Chairman of DDC, acquired 12,000 ordinary shares of 1p
each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 113.75 pence per share.


Following this acquisition, Patrick Rupert Cottrell is interested in 30,000
Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.013% of the issued share capital
of the Company being 229,363,349 Ordinary Shares.
