                            Director's Dealings

The board of DDC announces that on 27 October 2005, companies in which Mr.
Klimt, a non executive director of the  Company, is indirectly interested
subscribed for 3,856,862 new ordinary shares in DDC in aggregate at a price of
108p  per share. Mr. Klimt's interests in the Company are held through two
investment companies as follows:
