                            PDMR/Directorate Change

The Board of Adamind announces that Gideon Marks is stepping down as Chief
Financial Officer (CFO) as of 30 September 2007.

Mr Marks joined Adamind as CFO in Q4/06 with the intention of helping with the
Company's turnaround and increasing the communication of its progress to its
shareholders. Following the conclusion of the asset deal with Mobixell earlier
this year, Mr Marks and the Company agree that it is an appropriate time to
leave.

The Company has hired the services of VAR Management, a firm specializing on
winding down companies. In addition, Rami Guzman, a board member and previously
the CFO of Motorola Israel will assist with the financial management of the
company in his capacity as the chairman of the audit committee.

Dr Orna Berry, Executive Chairperson of Adamind said: "The Board wishes to thank
Gideon for his professionalism and contribution to Adamind through a difficult
period. We wish him well for the future."
