                         DAWMED SYSTEMS PLC ('COMPANY')
                                GRANT OF OPTIONS

The Company has, with effect from 8 February 2006, granted one of its directors,
John Crispin, an option (under its Enterprise Management Incentive option
scheme) to subscribe for 160,000 Ordinary Shares of 5p each in the share capital
of the Company. The exercise price in respect of the above option is 12.5p and
the options may only be exercised between 8 February 2009 and 7 February 2016.
