6 April 2006: Adamind was notified on 3 April 2006 that on 31 March 2006 funds
managed by BC Asset Management acquired, in aggregate, 1,180,000 ordinary shares
in the Company representing 3.32% of the issued ordinary share capital of the 
Company.

Prior to this acquisition the funds managed by BC Asset Management did not hold
any shares in the Company.
