14 September 2006: Adamind has been notified that on 18 August 2006 funds
managed by F&C Asset Management plc, sold, in aggregate, 200,825 ordinary shares
in the Company.  The client of F&C Asset Management Plc no longer has a material
interest in the Shares which now represent 2.51% of the issued ordinary share
capital of the Company.


This notification supersedes all previous notifications given by members of the
Friends Provident Group in relation to Shares for this client.
