Further to the announcement made on 3 October, Adamind announces that
discussions in relation to the indicative offer have now terminated. The Board
considers that the indicative offer was opportunistic, and did not reflect the
company's value and prospects.

The Board is actively exploring other alternatives for maximising shareholder
value. The Board believes that the recent actions taken to strengthen management
and to improve the Company's efficiency will deliver benefits going forward.
